I tried shopping on maniology.com and got annoyed fast. The pages were loading strangely, the filters didn’t really narrow things down in a useful way, and the checkout process felt clunky. It had that whole automated-system vibe where you’re expected to just keep clicking around until it magically works, which I can’t stand. After about 20 minutes of going in circles, I gave up.

My order showed up quickly, which was nice, but two of the plates were absolutely not the ones I picked. Like, zero chance those were what I ordered. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while, and then I had to wait all over again for it to be fixed. Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying when you’re just trying to get what you paid for.

I really wanted to like maniology because the plates are super cute, but the stamping just didn’t work well for me. The stamper barely picked up the designs, even after I tried different polishes and scraped lighter. The lines kept coming out patchy or missing, and I ended up spending way more time cleaning everything off than actually doing my nails. On top of that, I wasn’t thrilled with how the terms seemed to change, which just added to the frustration. Disappointing overall...

My order showed up a few days later than I expected, which was a bit annoying since I kept checking the tracking while drinking my morning coffee. But once it finally arrived, everything was packed fine and the items were in good shape. No real issues besides the wait

The food was okay overall, but some plates were definitely better than others. I kind of feel like I might’ve just come at a bad time because the quality wasn’t super consistent. Nothing was terrible, just a bit hit or miss.

I ordered a few stamping plates and polishes from Maniology, and the packaging was solid overall. Everything looked clean and nicely packed when I opened it up.
The bottles were safe, nothing was broken, and the plates weren’t bent, which was my main concern. The items didn’t really shift around in the box either, so they definitely did a good job protecting everything inside.
The only thing that bugged me was the tape on the outside of the box was loose on one side when it arrived, which felt kind of ridiculous since the rest of the packaging was so good. Nothing fell out or got damaged, but it made me check the box right away. Still happy with the order, just wish the outside had been sealed a little better

Compared to cheaper nail stamping sets I’ve bought before, this didn’t feel like much of an upgrade at all. Once shipping and extra costs were added in, it felt even more overpriced. Personally, I’ve had just as good, if not better, results with more affordable stuff, so I probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

I really like how many stamping plate designs they have. It took me forever to pick one because there were so many options. Some of the styles aren’t really my thing, but there’s something about it that still makes it fun to browse, and I found plenty of cute ones I’d actually use

Am I the only one who feels like customer service just completely ignored them? I reached out for help and basically got nothing back. No one stepped in, no one helped, and it left me frustrated.
